Weekend Rundown #14

Hello Dearest Readers and a Happy Weekend to You All!

This week seems slow perhaps to you my reader, as my posting was not as frequent, but I am quite excited for the progress I have made in planning some much needed facelifts and changes to my blog and social media.   Perhaps you have noticed the new look of my two major posts I wrote on Crate & Barrel, and environmental minded retailer TreeHouse.

I can’t say I have all the answers, or all the kinks, but I can say I’m incredibly confident and proud in how far I have come as a blogger each and every day.  I’m also excited that I have a good couple of weeks to get that feed looking incredibly spiffy before the #blogHer17 conference at the end of the month!  Anyone else going?

MOST LOVED TWITTER POST

I never go political, it’s just not my style.  But in this case I believe this issue is beyond and above politics.

MOST READ BLOG OF SHOPGIRL THIS WEEK:

Crate and Barrel was not only my most read blog by leaps and bounds, but it seemed to dominate my entire social media this week.

MOST LOVED INSTAGRAM PHOTO

So I’ve been rethinking my Instagram, all on my own this week.  I’m excited for the change, and am excited to see how it will turn out as a whole.  it saddens me that the full thing has to be so appealing for followers, because it really will limit what I’m allowed to post in the future.

Famed On Facebook

For the first time ever I broke the system and came across organic traffic on my facebook.   It may not be much, but it’s much better than crickets!  Feel free to follow me help a Shopgirl out. 😉
