Sorry to hear so many negatives about Gsp, Inc.
I ❤️ Gap, Old Navy (softest, inexpensive tees anywhere!), and even their higher end, Banana Republic clothing.
Also, love that the company gives back a little in the same way as Life Is Good , Macy’s and Starbucks, etc,

I’m an Old Navy fanatic myself, and have always had the most exceptional customer service at every Gap I’ve been to. Though recently the banana republic in my mall closed recently which concerned me and saddened me all at once.

To me, their missions statement is a lot like mission statements everywhere. They are lofty but not realistic. I’ve never felt any clothing or clothing store created emotional connections. I may connect with an employee I see regularly but I don’t associate them with the brand. My previous employer used to occasionally make statements like this and all it did was make me laugh.

P.S. At all of our southern Indiana Old Navy locations we hire the dumbest specimens of humans we can possibly find. Although many of them are very cute none of them can make change for a 20 with out pulling their cell phones out and god for bid you give them $20.05 for something that rings up $16.01. Luckily we encourage open toed sandals to they can use their toes for counting.
