“A man without a smiling face should not open a shop.” -A Chinese Proverb
Response to LindaGHill’s One Liner Wednesday
I know this week I have been updating more than normal, but after reading all the other entries I could not resist taking part! Reflective post on this proverb to come soon…perhaps next week? I know you’re on the edge of your seats. 😉
It is amazing how many people working in customer service just don’t get this.
I’m still debating writing about my retail experience and if I do, 14 chapters will be devoted to this topic.

I would always be open for a guest blog post if you’re ever interested. 😉

I have said something similar when me and my fiancé went into a local retailer and received scowling gestures from the owner. Excellent quote!

I would like to extend it to…should not open a shop or work in customer service. period. 😉
